Moving On: Supporting Transition from the Electronic Screening Tool

This webinar will feature grantees using software/platforms most commonly reported by grantees (both common in use, and of interest to those seeking a new system). Grantee speakers will be discussing their system platforms. EPIC Center will also discuss a minimal data entry option to support grantees only interested in a tool to capture and export data compatible with the HSMED upload. Grantees will discuss how the software integrated with their Healthy Start workflow, and pros and cons to the particular system.  Vendors are not invited to the webinar, nor will be permitted to comment. This is a peer to peer sharing opportunity for Healthy Start grantee programs only.
