What is the Tools for Community Transformation Workshop Series?
The Healthy Start TA & Support Center (TASC) partnered with the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) to host the Healthy Start Workshop Series: Tools for Community Transformation. This series aims to improve grantees’ overall performance, including increasing their Consortium’s capacity around leadership, partnership development, community engagement, and sustainability. During each workshop, NACCHO staff share a specific tool/resource and discussed how grantees can utilize it within their Consortiums.
