Workshop #6: Sustainability

During this workshop, NACCHO staff will discuss their Understanding and Planning for Sustainability: A Guide for Multi-Sector Community Partnerships Working to Address Social Determinants of Health. They will introduce the guide and discuss how its resources can aid CAN sustainability efforts, including to inform their Year 5 sustainability plans.
