Community Consortium Plan Networking Cafe

This Networking Café is designed to support Healthy Start grantees as they move through the community consortium planning process. During this Networking Café, the TASC team will provide a level-setting overview of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), then grantees will have the opportunity to discuss the various elements of the community consortium plan and any challenges or successes that they have experienced so far in the planning process.
