2020 Grantee Meeting Breakout Session: Using Quality Improvement to Make a Difference
June 25, 2020
We all try new ideas out every day. We don’t call them theories, but they are. We learn how our ideas work and use them or try something else. How can we develop leverage of prediction, reflection and continuous learning? How might we tap into the wisdom of those we serve, of our staff and partners to joyfully learn together? How do we seize our lived experiences to make a better world? Quality improvement is one way forward. During the 2020 Healthy Start Grantee Meeting, Jane Taylor delved into these questions and expands upon how Healthy Start grantees can utilize Quality Improvement to make a difference in their communities.
