NPCL Logo Fatherhood and Coparenting LAsThe goal of the Fatherhood Learning Academy is to examine the breadth and depth of the fatherhood movement in the 20th and 21st century, and to deeply examine the policies and practices that have influenced fatherhood programming and either encouraged or impeded father engagement. Dr. Jeffrey Johnson, President and CEO of the National Partnership for Community Leadership (NPCL) served as the Fatherhood Learning Academy Dean.
