The Mentoring Program pairs experienced grantees (i.e., mentors) with less-experienced peers (i.e., mentees) to engage in a meaningful learning exchange. The program aims to build mentees’ (1) understanding of the expectations for HS grantees; (2) ability to establish connections within the Healthy Start community; and (3) confidence to seek and obtain support and resources from their peers. Check back here soon for information about the next round of the Mentoring Program.
