Grantee Listening Session: Performance Measurement, Data Collection, and Reporting

November 19, 2026 @ 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
EST

On behalf of HRSA’s Division of Healthy Start and Perinatal Services, the Healthy Start TA and Support Center invites grantees to share their experiences and recommendations on performance measurement, data collection, and reporting with the Division.

The discussion will focus on program measures, benchmarks, data collection forms, reporting requirements, and systems-related successes/challenges. We want to hear how well current requirements reflect your work and community needs, what information supports program improvement, and where changes could improve clarity and reduce reporting burden.

Who should attend?

If possible, invite three staff members – including one staff member from each of these roles:

  • Program leadership, such as a project director or program manager
  • Direct service staff, such as a case manager or community health worker
  • Data or evaluation staff, such as a data lead, analyst, or evaluator

What to expect

This 90-minute session will include breakout discussions with peers in similar roles. We will share materials in advance to help you prepare. Please think about examples of what is working well, challenges you encounter, and ideas for improvements. If time allows, the full group will reconvene to share key points. Findings will also be discussed at future listening sessions.
