Please join the Healthy Start TA & Support Center for Understanding Community Consortiums Training on Thursday, January 30 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. EST. The Understanding Community Consortiums training equips Healthy Start grantees with the knowledge and tools to build and sustain impactful community consortia. This session will explore the importance of community collaboration in improving maternal and child health outcomes, particularly by addressing social determinants of health (SDOH).
Participants will gain insights into the consortium development framework, understand the key principles for forming successful consortia, and discover how to leverage these partnerships to address critical health disparities in their communities. This training will empower participants to take actionable steps in strengthening their local consortium efforts.
