Networking Café: Community Action Networks (CANs)

As part of the Healthy Start national evaluation for HRSA, Westat, the evaluation contractor, developed a survey to understand the participation of community organizations in Healthy Start Community Action Networks (CANs). During this Networking Cafe, Westat facilitated a discussion around how CANs are organized and function in different Healthy Start communities. This information helped Westat ensure surveys for the national Healthy Start evaluation were relevant and appropriate.
