DESCRIPTION:Please join the Healthy Start TA & Support Center (TASC) for a webinar on Thursday\, May 30 from 3-4:30 pm ET focused on the transition from the Community Action Network (CAN) to the Consortium. In the previous Healthy Start grant cycle (2019-2024)\, grantees were required to have a Community Action Network (CAN). In this new Healthy Start grant cycle (2024-2029)\, grantees are required to have a Community Consortium. This webinar will discuss the shift to the Consortium and explore strategies to engage community partners in the Consortium.
