DESCRIPTION:The Sustainability Learning Lab provide an opportunity for select Healthy Start sites to engage in a cycle of reflection and practice on sustainability through: \n\n\n\n\nLearning – participants will exchange knowledge with peers and subject matter experts\n\n\n\nPlanning – participants will tailor their sustainability plan to their local context\n\n\n\nApplying Real-time Approaches – participants will draft and implement sustainability action plans\n\n\n\nAnalysis and Assessment of Approaches – participants will evaluate the implementation of action plans and identify lessons learned\n\n\n\n\nParticipating grantees applied to join the Sustainability Lab in May 2024.
